This draw request shall be deemed a certification by the Borrower that the work for which this draw request is made was performed in a good and workmanlike manner, in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and incorporated into the Project; that all payments have been made to contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers for work regarding previously paid draw requests; and that the work has progressed as indicated in the current approved draw schedule. Each draw request may be subject to a $40 wire fee.
